Every line, invoice and hardware order in one place. Buy MergeWiFi service and hardware wholesale. Track your lines, ask for activations, order devices and download invoices from the MergeWiFi portal.

What you get

Every line in one list. See each wholesale line and its status. Name lines after the customer or site, and search by any detail.
Activation on request. Ask for a line to be turned on from the portal. The person who asked gets an email when it's live.
Invoices online. Every invoice with a PDF, plus what you owe and when your next invoice is dated.
Hardware at your price. Order devices from your wholesale price list, with volume breaks and your PO number on the order.

How billing works

Service is billed in advance, on the 1st of each month.

A line that goes live on September 15 is billed for 16 of September's 30 days. Each wholesale account gets its own monthly invoice.

From order to live service

Order hardware. Pick devices from your price list, add your PO number, and say where to ship.
We review and ship. Every order is reviewed before it ships. You get an email when it's approved and when it ships, with tracking.
Request activation. Open the line in the portal and ask for it to be turned on. Your account team hears straight away.
Live and billed. You get an email the day it's live. Billing starts that day, prorated to the end of the month.
