How plans work
Your device connects to the strongest network where it is, and the plan covers it nationwide. There's no SIM card to swap and no carrier to choose. Routers and the Mini hotspot run on MergeWiFi data plans; cameras run on their own smaller plans.

Add to a router plan
- Static IP. A fixed public address, billed monthly with the plan, for reaching a device from outside: cameras, remote access, port forwarding.
Picking a size
- The main connection. A router that's the site's internet all day needs the larger plans.
- Cameras, gates and sensors. Devices that only send alerts or small amounts of data fit the smaller plans.
